SHIPPING

I ship my artworks through Packlink, providing home delivery and insurance. The pieces are carefully wrapped so it's practically impossible for them to get broken. However, if you receive a damaged piece, I'll exchange it for a similar one or refund the amount. In both cases, I'll need photos of the pieces and the packaging. It's important: in case the packaging is damaged, please make a note to the delivery service at the time of receiving the package.

Regrettably, I'm unable to set shipping options to the Canary Islands. However, I'd be delighted to look into the delivery price for you if you send me a request.

Shipments to other EU countries

Please, if shipping to your country isn't available, send me a message and I'll check manually. Usually, I can ship to all countries where Packlink service is available, but I have difficulties adjusting and updating prices for all countries. To get an approximate price, you can check Packlink.

Shipments to England and not EU countries

To send outside of EU, I may need your tax number to formalize the shipment.

Pickup at the store

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que no tengo horarios fijos y no siempre estoy en mi taller. Al recibir un pedido con la recogida en la tienda, le voy a contactar por correo electrónico indicado en el email para acordar la hora de recogida. En caso si estoy de un viaje largo, pongo un aviso en el banner de arriba y indico las fechas y toda la información en 'opening hours'.

If you live in Malaga or are planning to visit our city and want to pick up personally, you can purchase it, and I'll hold it for you until you pick it up :) Please note that I'm not every day in my workshop. Please check the info line over the header where I indicate when I'm not in Malaga. And please, let's agree on the pickup time :)

Shipping times

If I'm in Malaga, I'll prepare and ship the package within 2-3 days. When I'm not in Malaga, the shipping process may take up to a week. During extended trips, I'll update the header of my page and the 'opening times' page with all the relevant information and dates for shipping artworks. RETURNS

I hope that you'll be happy with the artworks you receive. However, I understand that seeing ceramics through a screen and seeing them in person are two different things. If for any reason you decide to return the order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the pieces. I accept returns, all I ask is to pay the return shipping, wrap the pieces well, and take responsibility for insurance or possible damages during the return process.

Please note that I may be on a trip, and we'll have to agree on the timing and details of the return process.
